The local council is still ignoring our calls but they cannot hide behind this ridiculous mistake much longer. Emergency services are being forced into a dangerous maze because of their incompetence and we are not backing down until this is fixed.

Council implement name change without notifying residents on 12 Rancom Street. Made it difficult for couriers, visitors and more importantly emergency services to access the correct building. Council need not perform any due diligence, and strongly suggest to rectify this issue.
Since parts of Rancom Street has been renamed to Madden Close, it has been extremely difficult as the ONLY driveway and access to 12 Rancom Street is now known as Madden Close. This has caused a lot of confusion with emergency services, delivery services and visitors, as they are unable to locate the street access to 12 Rancom Street.
Please change back as rancom street to make easier for anyone.
The name change is causing all sorts of issues and I think it’s made worse that as residents and homeowners we where not even told about it.

It’s actually ridiculous, to break one short street and give 2 name to it! It must be one name and it must be Rancom as it’s the address we sign for. It is very confusing and my family already experienced it on a very important occasion
