The main and only driveway and garage access for 12 Rancom Street is now known as Madden Close. As you can imagine this matter has made the access to the building extremely difficult for emergency services, delivery services and visitors

We write to you to request that the street name be changed back to Rancom Street or the island in-between Rancom Street and Madden Close be relocated to the end of loading zone.
