We, the residents at Brooklands Place, collectively join and vote in favour of the official addresses of our properties with the Royal Mail, Post Office, Land Registry and the local Council stating Goffs Oak as appose to Cheshunt.
As we understand, Crest Nicholson (housing developer) and Broxbourne Council are both supportive of the change being made, so we are writing to you today as a collective to show our unequivocal support of the change being put into place officially.

The process is moving slower than I expected and the silence from the departments involved is frustrating. I am continuing to follow up with the council to ensure our collective request does not get buried in paperwork.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that we all feel the weight of this disconnect in our daily lives. The fatigue is setting in but knowing so many neighbors are aligned keeps me moving forward.

I am a resident at Brooklands Place Goff's Oak, where the address comes up incorrectly. It needs changing with Royal Mail and Land Registry
When I bought my house it was because i was looking for a house in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire and have paid a price accordingly for that postcode as stated
We are within the borders of Goffs Oak (as clearly shown on the ordinance survey map) and our addresses need to reflect this.
These streets are in Goffs Oak so our addresses need to reflect this. Various online sources state Goffs Oak so it is quickly becoming a source of confusion for residents and visitors alike.
The ordinance survey boundary clearly shows the development being within Goffs Oak boundary. The addresses therefore should officially be known and registered as Goffs Oak and not Cheshunt or Waltham Cross.
We are clearly within the boundary of Goffs Oak as seen in the ordinance survey map. Our addresses should reflect this to clear up any confusion.

When I bought my house it was because I was looking for a house in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire NOT Waltham Cross. I've spent countless times on the phone to delivery companies because the area on the package doesn't match the postcode
