We,the concerned residents of Sea Cliff,respectfully request that village officials close Littleworth Lane between Carpenter Avenue and Hanson Place all day,year round. We make this urgent request to ensure the safety of our children who use the playgrounds across from the elementary school and the blacktop behind the school. We are concerned about the traffic danger to the children who cross between the playgrounds and don't remember or understand that the street is closed only during the school year. We understand the inconvenience that closing this one block will cause,but we strongly feel the safety of our children far outweighs any inconvenience.
