We, the undersigned residents and advocates of the Riverside County Unincorporated area, recognized and known as Sage, oppose the annexation by any and all city governmental entities known as Hemet or its governing body "Hemet City Council".
We further oppose all annexation proposals and petitions currently being tendered by the organization identified as "Hemet United" and its representatives thereof.

The Hemet City Council thinks they can just swallow up our community without a fight. We are nearing two hundred fifty signatures and we need to shove this number in their faces right now.

One hundred people have signed on to stop the Hemet City Council from swallowing up our land. This is the first wave of resistance against the land grabbers at Hemet United who think they can just take Sage without a fight.

No way Hemet doesn't even help with our school like they are supposed to we like it like it is
I moved to Sage not Hemet. If I wanted to live in Hemet I would have bought a house there, we live here because we DO NOT want to be Hemet. The residents should have the say, that's democracy, not have it forced upon us!
pretty sure they will start collecting for water/sewer and trash and hold our properties to urban rules and guidelines. they just want to increase their tax base.
We live in the country for a reason and being a part of Hemet sure would not be a positive one. It has such a horrible reputation. This is all about taxes, and they need to find another way to make money.
Dr. Chaundry and some guy name Garrison, Dr. Chaundry owns the Hemet Hospital, he created a petition for Annexing Sage to become Hemet. He had over 1000 signatures, but only 587 qualified, Thank God. So, the Sage Community Council put together this petition in order to turn it around.
No thank you on annexation of Unincorporated areas of Riverside County to the City of Hemet.
Trifone Ranch strongly opposes an annexation to the City of Hemet.

Keep Rural America Rural. We move to the unincorporated areas for the very reason of leaving the cities behind. Why do the cities continue to encroach on the country? Stop.
