A lot of people have been talking about the rumors that everyone in the graduating class this year will be wearing the same color gown. Normally girls wear columbia blue and boys wear navy blue because of the fact that we have two school colors. It has been this way for years. We petition that we keep it the same way and not change tradition

I have sent a formal request for a meeting with the administration to discuss the concerns regarding the proposed change to graduation attire. I am currently waiting for a response from the principal regarding their long term plans for these traditions.

The reach of this petition has reached a level that necessitates a formal meeting with the school administration. I am currently drafting a letter to the principal to outline our position on maintaining the traditional gown colors.

TOTAL B.S. if they force us to wear the same colors after we already did our senior portraits.
My parents already paid for the photos in the light blue gown. Changing it now is just a waste of money.
Why mess with something that isnt broken? Keep the boys in navy and girls in light blue like always.
Tradition is tradition. dont change it.
Not sure why they would allow girls to take senior pictures in the colombia color & change it right before graduation.
Please make it Columbia blue

We should not have payed money for senior pictures taken with colombia blue cap and gown and then not have us wear that at graduation. If they want to change it next year fine, but senior pictures should match what you wear t graduation.
