For those responsible, the signed stepping stone homeowners are stating a formal complaint regarding the current state of the landscaping and open spaces upkeep. This is also to address unfinished park areas and obvious wasted resources by both over-watering areas that do not need water while allowing other grasses and plants yellow or die. In addition, park spaces were promised to be finished by the summer of 2016 and remain unfinished. The poor quality and design was not acceptable for those who paid for premium lot fees to be next to these areas. The HOA and contracted landscaping companies have had ample time to correct this problem. The current state of Landscaping Development and HOA Common Area maintenance is a very serious concern to Homeowners. It appears that the many concerns that homeowners brought forward were not treated with the sense of urgency required. Specific areas to be included in this complaint will be listed by individual homeowners below.
It would be great if they could pull a weed. Some of the plants that were planted in the parks have been completely overtaken by weeds. Also the drainage issues in Winding Path really need to be resolved. The standing water has been there for several years now. I drive through Meridian Village to get to work and their landscaping always looks fantastic. They pull weeds, replace mulch, and keep the grass green.
