This Petition has been written by Sundance North Pardee homeowners for the purpose of requesting change of our property management company. We have come to the conclusion that Action Property Management has been negligent in their duty of maintaining common property areas- most notably both pool sites for over 6 months-despite multiple documented complaints. The amount of negligence has become a health and safety issue of which has not been properly addressed by Action Property Management. Pardee Homes continues to build beautiful homes around a filthy and unsafe common pool area. Pardee will suffer from poor marketing as a result. As a paying association we demand to be heard. As Pardee Homes is well aware, word of mouth reputation is of significant importance to growth and prosperity. Every signature on this petition represents poor recommendation of your property management. Please heed the advice of these homeowners and seek an alternative property management as soon as possible.

The momentum behind this petition proves that Action Property Management cannot ignore our neighborhood any longer. Pardee Homes needs to realize that our patience for their negligence has officially hit a breaking point.

This HOA is ridiculous. I’m over being told what to do with my home and backyard yet they can’t keep the areas they are responsible for clean.
Im all for a new management company as long as we get some sort if vote or say in who the next company is.
I love my home and my neighbors, but this management company has left me wondering if it was wise to purchase here!
This is the second time we have had issues with the pool becoming disgusting and unusable. Pictures have been emailed and comments made at the hoa meeting and even after a pool cleaning company change, the pool is still unusable.
Our pool's condition is a travesty. It's disappointed to see my HOA payment every month going to waste.
This is unacceptable and dangerous
We all paying our monthly fees For what NOTHING Clean the pools Cleaner and greener landscaping Picking the trash that fly all over Street sweeping Homeowners security Etc etc

Our common areas are disgustingly filthy ! This topic has been brought to the attention of our HOA many times just to be told they will look into it ! Not one person on the board utilizes our common areas. Two don't live here and the other two have their own pools ! Why would any of them get a vote ?? How does a paid vendor, Jennifer Mitchell of Action Property Management get a vote on our board ? Why would a Pardee rep get a vote ? The two current resident board members are related ! How is this a fair representation of our neighborhood?
