The current board of Bonavida with the 3 members from the last years board want to increase the maintenance by at least 19% per unit, per month. This proposed increase is mostly because we have a new management company costing us at least $116,700 more per year compared to the last years management costs. Obviously our HOA cannot afford this sort of increase.
We the unit owners undersigned and testify that we are true unit owners of Bonavida, rejecting the increase of the monthly maintenance.
