I have read the owner comments on the petition posted by Natalia Opalatenko and the owners of 1502 are also puzzled by this state of affairs. We do believe that the BOD does everything that they believe to be honest, forthright, and in the best interest of our community; however, we are also concerned about the existing management conditions that seem to eternally prevail and hang over our condominium like a relentless poisonous fog.
We are part time residents and do not see the day-to-day management, nor should we have to, under normal conditions. Changing management companies, this often, with little or negative results is not normal. Perhaps, this repetitive cycle-of-dissatisfaction can be corrected with a self management or hiring a direct CAM as an independent (paying his/her own medical) and saving most of the management fees that is necessitating this high increase to the unit owners monthly maintenance payments.

Building is not being fixed, poor conditions. Current management doesn’t do anything.

Nothing is getting done! Building looks like a dirty housing project. No raise in maintenance.

Guess that if the raise in maintenance is due to the new management company, the board should review if self management with an appropriate manager is an option. We need this money for lots of maintenance issues

It’s absolutely absurd to raise our maintenance. We say NO to raising it. There is no justification for this raise at all. We vote NO

Paying over $600 a month for this building is absurd because we do not have incompetent board who doesn’t know how to read or manage a budget and now the homeowners have to pay. Property values will greatly decrease. We need to reduce costs, not increase them. I vote a strong NO for the increase.
