We, the undersigned property owners of Windsor at Westside, respectfully submit this petition to express our strong opposition to the proposed significant increase in assessments for Windsor at Westside CDD Budget for 2025.
As owners who have invested in this resort community, we believe that the proposed increase is excessive and places an undue financial burden on us. This increase could have a detrimental impact on our ability to maintain and enjoy our properties and may also affect the overall value of the community.
We understand that assessments are necessary for the maintenance and improvement of our community. However, we urge the CDD to reconsider the proposed amount and explore alternative solutions that would not disproportionately affect property owners. We request that a more reasonable and transparent approach be taken, with full consideration of the financial impact on all owners.
We ask that the CDD:
Provide a detailed breakdown of the reasons behind the proposed increase.
Consider a phased or more moderate increase if necessary.
Engage in open dialogue with property owners to explore alternative funding options.
Schedule a public meeting to allow owners to voice their concerns and provide input.
We trust that the CDD will take our concerns seriously and work with us to find a fair and equitable solution that benefits both the community and its residents.

Seeing the growth of this movement has been exhausting but it proves that we are not alone in this fight. This momentum shows the board that we are paying close attention to their spending and we are not going to back down.

Owner of 2004 Summerlake Circle. Enough is enough. My rental income wont cover this level of hike.
This is getting out of hand. These costs just keep climbing every year and it feels like we are paying for stuff we dont even use.
The increases on all fronts for homeowners is totally unsustainable ... this is just one more example!!
The financial burden of an increase this significant will put many properties in distress.
We have already seen insane increases in contributions over the last 4 years and this newest one is ridiculous.
