The homeowners of the Verandah Homeowner's Association are against the presented assessment rate of 20% that was voted for on 11/02/2017 without the vote of any of the resident's that live in the neighborhood.

I bought my house in 2012 and was promised additional amenities that were suppose to be added. Since buying my home all I have received is new neighbors and a ton of construction... If they want to increase HOA, why don’t they gate in Verandah. This could be easily done at both entrances.

Raising rates without adequate cause is abusive to the neighborhood. If we at least have progress on future development i.e. park areas, playground improvements, club house, a rate increase would be understandable.

this price increase is ridiculous. We were promised so much when we bought a new house in 2012. NOTHING has been added or changed. There are now twice as many homes, so that means twice as many people paying HOA fees. WHY is this not sufficient to handle mediocre lawn maintenance and pool maintenance.

It is unconscionable to raise rates when you have not even provided what you promised homebuyers. I for one am a single mom and will not be able to afford them. Greed is the #1 evil in America.

I think this is absurd. I also feel that this is unfair to residents of this community that aren’t allowed to take a vote. We already pay higher property & MUD taxes for our water. Please have some consideration for our families that we struggle to support & provide love & cothing for on a daily basis. Thank you

This document is spot on with the problems in our community. Happy to add my signature and hoping for resolution.
