Nancy Fisher Reserve West Beach

To Charles Sturt Council
We understand that the path through Nancy Fisher Reserve, West Beach (South Australia) has been identified for an upgrade in the 2018/19 financial year. A new section of path has been identified to connect Military Road to the existing path within the reserve. As part of these works we request that you replace the existing path (compacted gravel) through the reserve with concrete. This path is heavily used to get around the river to Henley Beach South to access busses, schools, local services & shops etc. It is also heavily used to get to the beach and connects to linear park. The compacted gravel breaks down creating a health and safety concern for all (young, old, bike riders, scooters etc) as it is very slippery, uneven and prone to causing slips and falls. Please arrange to concrete the path through Nancy Fisher Reserve, West Beach, South Australia early in 2018/19.
