Ryan's Family Amusements has a long-standing reputation for well-managed, clean, and respectful operations. Now, Ryan's wants to bring their services to our community!

Currently, under Jamestown's zoning regulations, the proposed location of 20 Narragansett Ave, does NOT include a family-friendly arcade as an allowable use, despite being in a commercial zone. We are requesting an amendment to the existing zoning USE table to allow an arcade in the Commercial Downtown district, in order to provide more recreational options for residents and visitors alike.

Ryan's will provide a fun, family-friendly entertainment option that is currently missing from our community. A family arcade in town will offer children, teens, and families a new activity option, creating a safe and fun environment for all ages.

Beyond entertainment, Ryan's Family Amusements will contribute economic benefits by attracting visitors, supporting local businesses, and creating jobs. Being centrally located in the Village, it will also increase foot traffic to nearby businesses, benefiting retail shops, restaurants, and local services. Additionally, the arcade will serve as a gathering space for parties and events, further enhancing the sense of community in Jamestown. The proposed location at 20 Narragansett Ave has more parking than any other business on Narragansett Avenue, ensuring convenient access for patrons.

Many neighboring towns have thriving arcades that serve as community hubs, and Jamestown deserves the same opportunity. This is about giving families, teens, and residents a much-needed recreational space while boosting our local economy.
