During these uncertain times, we at Stumpy’s Hatchet House believe that continually improving your experience is the key to our business’s survival. Since the beginning of this pandemic we have installed an air exchanging HVAC system, installed sanitizing stations, removed our lounge furniture and replaced it with socially distant tables, placed 8 foot plastic panels between throwing pits and many more things in consideration of your safety. While we are operating at limited capacity, there is one option to increase our square footage. We have decided to install an outdoor patio, that will include hatchet throwing pits and seating areas. We have applied with the alcohol board for approval and have set up this petition to show our community’s support for this expansion. Stumpy’s strives to be a good partner with the community. Since we opened we have given over $30,000 in donations to over 40 non-profit organizations. We believe we are good neighbors and this improvement will enable us to continue to serve both our customers and the community that we live in. Please show your support by signing our petition, so we can present this to the commission at our hearing in March.

Stumpys is a great local hangout for people of all ages. Our group of friends would love to see stumpys expand the space so we can engage in socially distanced fun!
I think this is a good idea. Able to keep revenue coming in along with being able to social distance.
I will forever back stumpys! Delaware needed this so bad!! And the owners are just absolutely wonderful and so welcoming. I would love to see them get this back patio!

Last time my team was in Lindsay did a great job. She showed us how to hold the ax and throw safely. We had an amazing time!!
