The grass that has been laid on the ground around the shared ownership flats and the front of our homes is either dead or dying because the ground has been incorrectly cultivated and has received an inadequate amount of top-soil. The ground to our gardens is full of rubble and stones and has also not been correctly cultivated.
We want Bellway to cultivate the ground to all the homes (front and back) in the development as recommended by NHBC. This recommendation is the removal of 300mm of ground, rotivation of the sub-soil and 100mm (minimum) of top soil.

my lawn is just yellow patches and rocks. bellway just cut corners and left us with a mess. sort it out.

Absolute joke of a job. Dug up my garden and found chunks of concrete everywhere. Not what we paid for at all.
