Decision Makers: Blue Properties Management

We the undersigned of Affinity housing estate Seacroft, (developed by Keepmoat and now being 'managed' by Blue Property Management Ltd) demand that the landscaping work that we pay thousands of pounds for every year is conducted in accordance with evolving environmental conditions not an arbitrary schedule decided for the year ahead.

We ask that Scarborough Garden & Property Services closely adhere to the recommendation and practices of Leeds City Council to ensure that groundskeeping is consistent across Seacroft.

We will not pay for inappropriate landscaping works or any amelioration works required to address the damage caused by inappropriate landscaping. We also expect to be credited for planned grass cuttings that have been rightly called off due to adverse weather conditions.

We ask that planned visits be flexible and supportive of the environment (e.g. feeding young trees, deadheading, treating suffering foliage), including being supportive of biodiversity all year round (e.g. being tolerant of 'weeds' in drought conditions which have a protective effect.)

As paying residents, we deserve to have our voices heard and our local green spaces be well looked after, prioritising wellbeing over profit or bureaucracy.
