they booted my car when the cop told me I can park where I parked. please give me another 272 petitions ill sign them all.
I live at Skyhouse South and was illegally booted and had my vehicle damaged by this company and they refuse to answer the phone after paying to have the boot taken off.
I’m in favor of banning castle parking solutions from Atlanta and the metro area.
I too was illegally and unnecessarily booted.
They booted my car after I used the PassportMobile Parking App to pay for parking. I paid for an hour of parking and returned to my car after one hour and 2 minutes. They advised that the boot was applied due to us walking off without paying, which is blatantly false. I spoke to one of their dispatchers and advised that I have the receipt reflecting that I paid, and gave the time stamps. He then recommended that I call back the next day to speak with "corporate" due to that specific dept closing at 7:00PM. He encouraged that we send an email to them immediately in order to start the dispute, which we did. I called back the next day and the new dispatcher lied SEVERAL times during our phone call, first stating that a corp. number didn't exist, then stated that they were closed for the day (it was 6:50PM). When I asked what time they close, he stated, and i quote, "after normal business hours." After I asked him SEVERAL times (literally, I asked him 12 times and he would just repeat "normal business hours) what "normal business hours mean" he finally tells me to call back before 5PM the next day. I have sent an email requesting for my money back however, I am not hopeful.
This company is predatory and malicious. They have a lack of signage, no person to respond on the phone to disputes, and repeated complaints on Google and with the BBB. Some pressure on the companies that employ them must be done because everything else seems like it has not been working.

This company is predatory and malicious. They have a lack of signage, no person to respond on the phone to disputes, and repeated complaints on Google and with the BBB. Some pressure on the companies that employ them must be done because everything else seems like it has not been working.
