They booted my car after I used the PassportMobile Parking App to pay for parking. I paid for an hour of parking and returned to my car after one hour and 2 minutes. They advised that the boot was applied due to us walking off without paying, which is blatantly false. I spoke to one of their dispatchers and advised that I have the receipt reflecting that I paid, and gave the time stamps. He then recommended that I call back the next day to speak with "corporate" due to that specific dept closing at 7:00PM. He encouraged that we send an email to them immediately in order to start the dispute, which we did. I called back the next day and the new dispatcher lied SEVERAL times during our phone call, first stating that a corp. number didn't exist, then stated that they were closed for the day (it was 6:50PM). When I asked what time they close, he stated, and i quote, "after normal business hours." After I asked him SEVERAL times (literally, I asked him 12 times and he would just repeat "normal business hours) what "normal business hours mean" he finally tells me to call back before 5PM the next day. I have sent an email requesting for my money back however, I am not hopeful.

This company is predatory and malicious. They have a lack of signage, no person to respond on the phone to disputes, and repeated complaints on Google and with the BBB. Some pressure on the companies that employ them must be done because everything else seems like it has not been working.

I live at Skyhouse South and was illegally booted and had my vehicle damaged by this company and they refuse to answer the phone after paying to have the boot taken off.

This company illegally booted my car and they hold your car hostage and will not remove the boot until you pay them. I even called the Police and they backed this illegal practice up by saying that it is a civil matter and they would not force they "mofia" guy to remove the boot from my car. There was no signs in front or next to any of the parking spaces where I parked and I even was a patron of the Caribou Coffee Shop where I parked. They guy booted my car within minutes of my parking at night. I was even staying at the Embassy Suites right next door where I had paid to park my car in their parking garage, but I just stopped for a cup of coffee. There were signs in other parts of the parking lot, but not in front of the Vitamin Shoppe & Caribou Coffee. This was a very traumatic experience for me especially since my family was up in the hotel and I was trying to get my car back int he parking lot. An employee of the Coffee Shop even came out and talked with the CPS thug and told me how bad these guys are. The police waited with me and the guy came back then they went over and talked with him and came back to me and informed me that they were not going to do anything and left me in the dark parking lot at midnight now with a big thug demanding me to pay him or he would not remove the boot from my car - are you kidding me. This was a terrible ordeal and police apparently are in on it - in Buchhead.

I found that the parking lot at 12th and W. Peachtree St. and the deck at 7th and Juniper both have improper signage according to City of Atlanta Code of Ordinances Section 162-261, Signs, item (1) clearly indicates;
"Signs shall be located at each designated entrance to a parking lot or parking area where parking prohibitions are to be effective. Where there is no designated entrance, such signs shall be erected so as to be clearly visible from each and every parking space."
They have ONE sign at at the lot on W. Peachtree, not visible from any of the parking spaces, and NO signs at the 12th St. entrance. At the 7th and Juniper location, the sign is not at the entrance, but rather 20-30 feet aft of the entrance. I parked before the sign and got booted. Both sign violations carry a $1,000 fine and a 30 day suspension of their business license.
Print that ordinance and keep it with you. Next time they boot your car, check their signs. If they're not in accordance to the ordinance, show them the ordinance, demand they remove the boot or you'll call the police and have them arrested and fined for illegal booting.

Today, July 30,2016 at 2:32 pm I had to unjustly pay $75 to have 2 boots removed from my Infiniti MX35. I arrived at the lot on W Peachtree Street and 12th Street around 6:54am this morning and paid the $5 fee for space #6. I proceeded to go to work around the corner on 11th Street and Peachtree Walk. There is a small metal shank(?) that is attached to the payment box with aircraft cable that one is expected to "push" the folded bills deeper into the box; this supposedly ensures that your money goes into the box. This particular shank is warped badly(almost as though it was done intentionally). No cameras; no updated modern ticket dispenser; and no recourse for unjust penalization. I feel violated as though I had been mugged and no justice can be served. It's wrong, wrong, wrong to go through this. I actually paid $80 to park for a day. This type of greed exhibited by the lot owner is seriously wrong with no regard for the patrons who utilize the service.
