Steve Elkins has already been transferred. It was not his choice.
Steve Elkins was hired to be the service manager at Country Pointe Plainview. He is the consummate professional with a background in construction, with the ability to fix construction issues, as well as having the personality and diplomacy to handle residents’ concerns.
Beechwood Homes advertises Country Pointe Plainview as a place to live an unparalleled lifestyle built by an award winning homebuilder. Steve Elkins and his professional team of Barbara and Gina worked diligently to ensure that Country Pointe Plainview would live up to this advertisement.
Country Pointe Plainview is the largest project that Beechwood Homes is developing. As such it deserves the best person to correct the new construction problems facing unit owners. That person has proved to be Steve Elkins.
Bringing in a new person who is not familiar with the construction problems at Country Pointe Plainview and who must develop relationships with the unit owners while transferring Steve to another site makes no sense. Steve should be brought back to Country Pointe Plainview while the new person should take over for Steve in the new location.

ive been hearing so many stories from neighbors about how different things feel without steve here. it really shows how much he actually did for this community and why he needs to come back right now.

im honestly blown away by how much this has taken off. it feels like everyone is finally speaking up about how much we need steve back where he belongs. the momentum is real and i am so glad we are all on the same page about this.

Beechwood would be wise bringing Steve Elkins back to CPP since he was so instrumental in personally addressing so many different kinds of problems that have arisen. This will be a very large community that requires a person as competent, knowledgeable and empathetic as Steve is. Anything less is inviting trouble for Beechwood and for us.
Steve Elkin should remain with Country Pointe Plainview. He has been the " go to guy" for many of the problems that the community has been dealing with during its opening phases. He is knowledgeable, professional and has been helping to resolve the many issues we all have. It is unclear why Beechwood would move him to another location but it is not in the best of interest of the residents at CPP. Bring Steve back!

Steve was an asset as he knew all our iissues since he did our walk throughs with us. He was always professional,always calm among our hysterics, and always helpful.
