We, the residents of Lake Village of Fairlane, respectfully ask DHS Management to reconsider the recent dismissal of hardworking maintenance team member.
Brian has consistently gone above and beyond to serve this community, showing professionalism, kindness, and dedication that we deeply appreciate. His absence has left a noticeable void, and many residents feel his termination may not reflect the strong support he has with the community.
We urge corporate management to review the circumstances surrounding his dismissal and consider reinstating him. His service has had a meaningful impact on our living experience, and we believe he deserves a fair evaluation and the opportunity to return.

I have been a resident of Lake Village of Fairlane for over three years, and during that time, it has become so much more than just a place to live- it is truly home. Our community here feels like family, and when a valued member of that family is suddenly no longer with us, it leaves a deep void. Please bring Brian back with us.

Brian has completed numerous repairs in my apartment, always demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. He consistently gets the job done quickly and effectively.
