Beechwood would be wise bringing Steve Elkins back to CPP since he was so instrumental in personally addressing so many different kinds of problems that have arisen. This will be a very large community that requires a person as competent, knowledgeable and empathetic as Steve is. Anything less is inviting trouble for Beechwood and for us.

Please bring Steve back. He did his job in a very professional respectful manner. To start over with someone new who doesn’t know any of our issues will be very frustrating andtime consumming please bring him back.

Steve Elkin should remain with Country Pointe Plainview. He has been the " go to guy" for many of the problems that the community has been dealing with during its opening phases. He is knowledgeable, professional and has been helping to resolve the many issues we all have. It is unclear why Beechwood would move him to another location but it is not in the best of interest of the residents at CPP. Bring Steve back!
