The large majority of members have been discussing the staffing changes at the Club and are troubled by some of the decisions that have been made. We are all very cognizant of the business impact that Covid-19 has had and we are not criticizing your decision to reduce expenses at this difficult time. We are however deeply concerned with the staff that you have decided to let go, and which ones you have decided to keep.
We utilize the club in every aspect, and as a group we have the experience of service levels in Golf, F&B, pool/social activities, etc. It is our feeling that you/Tavistock may not be aware of who is truly looking after the membership and improving the experience.
We have already expressed our serious concerns to you regarding existing management at the Club, and we are asking that Charlie Boesch be reinstated without delay.

The feedback I continue to receive confirms that many members feel a profound disconnect between club leadership and those who actually shape our daily experience. Persistent questions regarding the reasoning behind these staffing choices remain unanswered by the administration. I am currently organizing these concerns to ensure they are presented clearly during upcoming conversations with management.

Charlie oversaw Home Services Department, in which, they can still bring in an income from that. It would be helpful to better understand the financial effects on the club budget, and can members do to help support the staff.
we met charlie 5 years ago when we bought our house.he was a great help in getting us settled.he is everywhere at once it seems.charlie is a huge part of why we love living and playing here.please reconsider and reinstate. joe and marge fortin
Charlie is the one constant at Lake Nona. His heart is with the club, it’s residence and staff. He sets the heartbeat and he should be reinstated effective immediately to see us all through these difficult times. He is the Lake Nona rock. And you need him right now.
Charlie is vital in carrying the membership experience to a level that makes being a member unique. Through quality of time spent, level of visibility, and the ability to truly connect to all membership, he fills a need that is not able to be filled by other positions.
Charlie is the glue of Lake Nona. He has been a welcoming, attentive and caring face for me and my entire family since I can remember and my membership is 1990 I believe. My entire family would be very upset if Charlie was no long part of our culture.
I have known Charlie for over 20 years, he is always been a very knowledgeable, intricate part of Lake Nona. I have done a great deal of work for Lake Nona, Charlie is always been the person that came to me and explained how Lake Nona wanted things, how they should look, And if I said it was going to be done to make sure it was done the same way and in the same amount of time. He always was looking after Lake Nona making sure everything got done all the customers for the club their houses in Lake Nona, And for the Tavistock group. I believe Charlie would be a very valuable person to bring back that only to the club but for what he portrays as being Lake Nona. Charlie is a very get it done in person exactly the way it supposed to be done for anybody he works for.
Charlie has always been such an incredible asset to this club, since buying property and joining this club May1, 1993.

I worked at Lake Nona in the food and beverage department. Charlie always had the member’s best interest at heart and was willing to do whatever it took to service the members. He loves what he does. He was made for that job.
