This petition requests that the Montgomery County Virginia Board of Supervisors deny all requests from the Town of Blacksburg concerning boundary adjustments for Workforce Housing located on Harding Road. It has been demonstrated historically as well as recently that this site is not suited for high occupancy development. This petition in NO WAY states that the community of Blacksburg or Montgomery County do not want Workforce Housing. Rather it states that the proposed site is not in the best interest of our Community as a whole.
