I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY ENTIRE WEEK PREPARING OUR FORMAL ARGUMENT FOR THE ZONING BOARD!! THEIR SILENCE IS LOUD BUT WE ARE LOUDER AND THEY DEFINITELY CANNOT IGNORE THIS MANY PEOPLE PUSHING BACK AGAINST SUCH A MASSIVE INCREASE IN DWELLING UNITS!!

THIS MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! PEOPLE ARE FINALLY WAKING UP TO THE DANGER THIS ZONING CHANGE POSES TO OUR COMMUNITY AND I AM BEYOND EXCITED TO KEEP PUSHING UNTIL THEY HEAR US!! THE POWER OF OUR COLLECTIVE ENERGY IS SHIFTING EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW!!

The landcis zone for 2.5 Ac lots. That is fine we dont need all those homes and townhouses . It would be a total injustice for the county supervisors and zoning to approve building all these houses and dumping the traffic on a neighborhood that many of us have lived there for our intire life. My parents built my house in 53. I have lived there since 1966. 55 years and when i got the letter about this injustice last week is the first time i ever thought about selling and moving out of Spotsylvania!!
My son plays on this street along with other children. Adding a neighborhood will make the traffic flow way to high for them to play anymore.
This road can't handle more cars and trucks to narrow.
Road is not capable to handle more cars or trucks.

This rezoning would create three times the existing homes on Rollingwood Drive. There is only one entrance and exist to this subdivision off Route 208. I oppose this rezoning. Keep the 2.5 home per acre zoning that is planned for previously.
