We the undersigned being residents of Birchwood, Warrington call on Birchwood Town Council and Warrington Borough Council to bring all their powers and influence to bear on Your Housing Group to fulfill their comitments to their tenants regarding repais and maintenance.
Furthermore we call upon both organisations and other stakeholders in the former site Oliver Plunketts to seek a alternative purchaser to Your Housing Group because of their lack of duty of care towards their tenants

I never thought I would see this much energy behind our cause when I started this because truthfully the situation has felt so isolating for far too long. Seeing all these people connect over the same issues with the housing group makes me feel like we might actually get someone to listen for once.

Your housing has a duty of care to their existing tenants, this is totally disregarded at all times. They do not take care of the homes we live in and also the area that we live in is totally neglected.
Your housing are useless twice they've changed the bathrooms in 18 yearsas its the cheaper option but the same kitchens have been in for over 28years and are obsolete so we can't renew the doors they are so old fashioned they send people out to do jobs that are not even qualified for the job in hand the area is so run down what do we pay our rent for to these people
The people who own your housing are a profit based company now, not tenant based.
Horrible company.. Charged us over 1k for very minor roof repairs, and then tried to bill us £300 18 months after selling up!
The whole area needs a massive cut back. It is dangerous
Very poor at what you do!
Worst housing association out there.

Disgraceful. Mould for 5 years, kitchen falling apart (was measured for a new one, picked out the kitchen in 2012, still not replaced). Moved to a private rent in the end.
