We, the tenants of Highland Hills ( Now As Avaz Hills ) are standing together to demand safe, livable housing — now.
For too long, we’ve been forced to live in conditions no one should tolerate. Our homes are infested with rats, roaches, termites, and bedbugs. Many of us have no working air conditioning, sewage backups, and toxic mold. Children can’t even play outside because it’s unsafe.
These are not just inconveniences — they are health hazards, especially for our children and elders. The management continues to ignore work orders, dismiss tenant complaints, and fail to maintain basic living standards.
We are calling on Highland Hills ( Avaz Hills ) to immediately:
Remove pests and provide professional extermination
Repair air conditioning and plumbing across all affected units
Eliminate mold and make units safe to breathe in
Improve outdoor safety for families and children
Respond to tenant requests within a reasonable time
These are not luxury requests — they are human rights. No family should be expected to live with sewage leaks, insects, rodents, and silence from management.

I currently stay here I have been putting in work orders for a year and things still not being fixed I have a leak and my breaker box is sparking fire I was told that nothing will happen it’s just doing that and I above a 1 year old
Please let's keep this petition going. They have turned off my lights because I REFUSE TO PAY RENT. I HAVE WATER IN MY WALL SOMETIMES LOOSE ELECTRIC,MOLD, ROACHES, BOTTOM OF STAIRS HAS FECES FROM WHEN THE TOILET STOPS UP. CAR WAS ILLEGALLY TOWED, WITHOUT NOTICE!!!!

I’m with yall i was out there but i had field rats so i moved out
Stayed here for two years I’m the reason the city actually came this week. And idc if I get the eviction cuz my lease is ending
Similar issues are occurring at my residence with Avaz mgmt as well
This has gone on entirely too long we were and have been lied to… I’m sure that the managers property owners whomever don’t live like this. I can definitely be reached if need be.

I have been in this complex almost a year and since I’ve been here they only fix the small stuff like the toilet and not the major things like how my roof shifting, my balcony door is fixed with TAPE so my air NEVER stays inside. And ANYTIME you call they are completely rude but expect you to pay rent this is the worst place ever and I want my money back.
