CALL FOR GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
We the undersigned, are calling a General Membership Meeting of the Windsor West Citizen's Organization. We would like to ask the board what are their directions for the future of the Organization? When was the last time a general meeting was held? Who are your board members? Why have all staff been laid off? Why are your phones not working? Who is the contact for the Organization? What is the predicted income of the current year? Why are there no programs running? Is there a public financial statement?
The meeting will be scheduled for September 9th,
7pm at The Sandwich Teen Action Center,
3735 King Street, Windsor, ON.
We ask that the representatives of the Organization suspend any tasks associated with their chosen plan until the community has voted on the change of direction. Nominations and voting for open board positions will be held.
***In signing the petition you agree to have your name added to the membership list of Windsor West Citizens Organization. Only members are able to attend and vote at the meeting.
Membership is open to all city of Windsor residents.

Phones have been dead for months. Nobody knows what is happening with our money or the programs. We need answers now.

Finally!! Its been way to long since we had a real meeting. Time for the board to explain why everything is closed down.
