By signing this petition you are supporting the efforts of the Fairlane Home Owners by requesting a Special Meeting to
be called by the president of the Fairlane Home Owners Association (By-Laws Article II, Section 2).
To request a Special Meeting this petition shall represent not less than twenty-five (25%) per cent of the lot owners
as hereinafter defined. Issues of concern to be addressed in the Special Meeting are:
(1) Board of Director’s abuse of authority,
(2) removal and/or restructuring of the present Board of Directors,
(3) removal of the Business Manager for unprofessional and divisive behavior, (4) Financial mismanagement,
(5) threaten removal of minority Board members,
(6) misrepresentation/falsification of board minutes,
(7) Board refusal to participation in a Conflict Resolution Meeting,
(8) Harassing threats to minority board members,
(9) Lack of timely notices for board meetings,
(10) Attempts to hold secret board meetings,
(11) Illegal political endorsements,
(12) Biased board member selections,
(13) Business Manager has threaten to destroy and/or withhold Fairlane Home Association’s historical and financial business records,
(14)Business Manager has claimed proprietary ownership of business records, and web-site information.

About time. Tired of all the secrets and the way they treat neighbors.
The business manager is completely out of line. Thinking they own our records is insane.
Finally someone is doing something about these people. The way they run things is a total joke and they need to go now.
Transparency is all we ask for. Stop hiding everything from us.
GET THEM OUT. They have been running this place into the ground for way too long.
