After countless requests for a meeting to discuss the disrepair and handling of our community and HOA a few of the residents have banded together to be a single voice. We are hoping that you will join us in our efforts to have a meeting with our current HOA Board members to discuss the issues and concerns that exist in our community. Please help us make our community the beautiful, clean and peaceful neighborhood we all desire to come home to every day.
The undersigned members hereby petition the Sweetwater Manor board of directors to set the earliest reasonable date, time and place for a special membership meeting for the purpose of discussion of the Maintenance of Fence & Open Areas, Board Member term limits and collection of HOA fees and that notice and ballots be sent to the membership in accordance with Sweetwater Manor rules and bylaws.

It is disheartening to pay dues for a community that not only lacks amenities, but whose HOA does not maintain the common areas they are responsible for. Additionally, warning/citing homeowners for violating bylaws that the HOA does not abide by themselves is audacious.

Our HOA is beyond saving, neither on its own or by any agency outside of it. The best solution to our obvious physical/aesthetic problem, which the current HOA has exacerbated, is to remove it by due process. Nothing less would suffice.
