We, the undersigned, are dismayed and disappointed that despite all the claims and promises made by West Properties, that work at their Origin site at the corner of Whitworth St and Princess St has ground to a halt, with no progress being made in completing the work. Meanwhile, local residents and business are inconvenienced by suspended parking bays, closed footpaths, disused cranes on site and an abandoned construction site in our community. We call upon Manchester City Council to take action to resolve these issue urgently, and consider issuing a completion order to West Properties.
