We the young people of the Northeastern Conference would like to have our youth director back in office for the next four years. He has been a big part of our spiritual lives, and he is like a father to most of us young people. Pastor Wade has given us opportunities that no other Youth Director has ever done. We thank God for your leadership and pray that God will forever lead you and your team.

Pastor Wade is the youth's pastor ! He understands and guides the youth and does so exceptionally! He gives them opportunities such as myself !
Pastor Wade is the out of the box leader that we need at Northeastern Conference. Since he joined us at Northeastern, he has worked tirelessly to equip our leaders with the tools that they need to lead. He has started a work that God has called him to do here; let us not make an error and lose such a great leader. Franco-Haitian supports Pastor Wade and his ministry 100%
An exemplarary leader who has only the interest of the youth. He's not about impressing anyone. What you see is what you get. His vision for our Youth Department has been unmatched. We need him now more than ever.
We Need Pastor Wade back ; He Has Reached Out To The Youth Of This Conference Like No Other Did . He Has Helped Us Mentally & Physically & Made An Impact On This Conference & It's Youth.
Pastor Wade came with many great assets that has enhanced the youth ministry program. He is always everywhere possible in supporting the youth and their programs. He has shown great love toward the youth and they love him. It would be a good choice to allow him to serve another term.

As a musician and as one of the youth of the North Eastern Conference, I must point out that Pastor R. Wade has been one of the best youth directors to work with. Besides being the most qualified for the Job, he is extremely personable and reasonable. It would be a shame to see one of the best youth directors that has poured so much into the youth of NEC go.
