The Charlotte Community would like to keepYusuf Khaderin his position in the Masjid as the Administrator and Youth Director because of what he has accomplished in a very short period of time at the Masjid by creating different committees that covers all the youth needs and creating various Youth programs for all ages like:

-Muslim Scouts [Boys & Girls 4-7]
-Youth Boys Halaqa [10-14]
-Rising Gems [Girls 8-11]
Every Sunday
-Sunday School
-Charlotte Youth Sisters [12-14]
-Young Ladies Halaqa [15 & Up]
EveryTuesday
-New Muslim Class
Every Wednesday
-Womens Halaqa
EveryThursday
-Youth Brothers Halaqa [15 & Up]
He created organized committees, Social Media, and strong communications with the community. He organized and led the recent Umrrah trip in which over 10 teenage young men attended. He is personally committed and has high Islamic values and mannerism.
We are afraid by losing him we will lose all the programs that he created, we will lose the trust of the youth that have bonded with him personally; lose the momentum of the programs and have less organized Masjid.
What we should do as community:
1) *Sign this petition and send it to all your contacts to sign it.
2) *Attend the Board meeting on Friday March 27th.

I have been hearing from so many families about how much Yusuf has meant to their kids through his youth programs. We are still meeting with leadership to ensure these vital services remain in our community.

Seeing this momentum grow proves how much Yusuf means to our community. The connection our youth have built with him is irreplaceable and this support shows the board exactly what we stand to lose.

Salamo aleikom Brother Yusuf is very active in the ICC and did a lot for the muslims children ,as a menber of the sunday school we want him to stay and support him because we need young people like him energetic and have a goal and inshalla he will stay and do more for the community
I dont know where to start. If it wasnt for this guy, I honestly do not know where I would be at the moment. I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done. He has taught me things that i ever knew. HE is a GREAT role model, very good Teacher, as well as great guy. This guy is someone that will leave good moments in your life that you will never ever forget.
assalam alikum yousef is why our youth group for ages 12 to 14 is doing so well mashAllah. He also was on board with us to clean the mosque and repaint it. He cares about us and what we do. Please do not take that away!!!!!
I worked with brother Yusuf at Sunday school, and I see that we are fortunate as community to have a brother like him, he's respectful, honest and active especially with the youth. jazakum Allah khairun
Br. Yusef, in just a year you have steered the youth groups into new and beneficial directions. All my teenagers are benefitting from the youth programs. I hope you reconsider your decision. You have been a forceful catalyst at I CC. May Allah bless you.

As a mom for 4 kids and struggling to keep them active under Islamic activity that has a goal and keep them motivated , brother Yosof was the best one to help me with this JAK, and he started with them from nothing , I found the activity he is doing with them is going in the right direction walhamdulillah we want to keep it growing until no end for my kids and all other kids.
