As a musician and as one of the youth of the North Eastern Conference, I must point out that Pastor R. Wade has been one of the best youth directors to work with. Besides being the most qualified for the Job, he is extremely personable and reasonable. It would be a shame to see one of the best youth directors that has poured so much into the youth of NEC go.

Pastor Wade is the best man for the job!!! He is a great leader and an inspiration to our young a people. We are making a grave mistake by not allowing him to continue to execute his task of leading our youth. Pastor Wade must stay.
