University Hills ia a neighborhood which has seen improvement in recent years. Unfortunately, there has been a used car lot proposed at 7401 East Highway 290 (Case Number: SP-2009-0285C). This area is adjacent to several homes in the neighborhood. It will attract crime and will be a quite unattractive entry marker for our neighborhood. This petition is intended to register opposition to the proposed used car lot at 7401 East Highway 290.
