As members of the community that own homes in Chatfield Bluffs and Meadow Ranch, we oppose the rezoning of the land adjacent to W. Toller Dr. & Ute for the use of building multiple car dealerships. It will directly affect our home values and the quality of our community. This area is highly visible from our neighborhoods and the proposed dealerships will affect our views, increase traffic at an already dangerous intersection, and will potentially decrease home values. Additionally, the incidence of crime in the neighborhood may increase and noise from outdoor PA systems and light pollution are likely results of the proposed dealerships . Residents of nearby neighborhoods bought their homes for the use of open space and trails that surround the area. They are a haven for walkers, cyclists and dogs. This proposal will jeopordize the safety of all of us.
We're recovering from one of the largest down turns in the real estate market. Please don't be responsible for devaluation of a great community!
The momentum is undeniable. Our community is showing exactly where we stand on this development.

That intersection is already a nightmare. Adding more traffic from a dealership is just asking for a bad accident. Bad idea.

THINK ABOUT OUR PROPERTY VALUES. Nobody wants to look at a parking lot full of cars and hear PA systems while trying to enjoy the trails. Totally wrong spot for this.

We bought here for the views and the quiet. A car dealership is the last thing we need right at the entrance to our neighborhood. Keep it residential!
