We the homeowners of florawood country estate's would like for CPM Property Management to turn over the responsibilities of the Homeowners association to the residents of Florawood country estate's. Per the By Laws dated 8/3/05 where a board of three (3) members were suppose to be appointed, however this never fully occurred so we the residents would like to fulfill the rules of the By Laws so we can have a voice in what occurs in the future of Florawood Country Estate's development. Per my conversation with CPM Property Management we the residents/owners are in agreement with a request to the formation of the association with respect to the By Laws.
