This petition is for the residents of The Lakes at Stone Gate. It is a petition to takeover the HOA and remove Level Construction from it's monopolizing position. We want a board consisting of homeowners so WE the homeowners can decide what is best for the community in which we live.

About time. These guys are never around when something actually breaks but they sure are quick to send out those ridiculous fines.

Ridiculous how this has been going on so long. We pay way too much in fees to have zero say in how our own neighborhood is run.
