Our current HOA, HOA Community Management, LLC, is being completely negligent in their duties to maintain our common facilities. Although we have sent many complaints via email and voice message, our simple demands are being refused. Our community pool has become a cesspool for bacteria, tree and flora debris, and mold. The patio area of the pool has been neglected to such a degree that colonies of spiders and bees have overtaken this area, making enjoyment of the area an impossibility. The restrooms are filthy, with the floors and walls showing obvious signs of fecal matter and urine. Our community members have never seen anyone actually clean the pool or apply the necessary chemicals to keep the water safe. Our community members are maintaining landscaping in the common areas where a responsible and professional HOA should be maintaining.
Henceforth, we, as a community, refuse to pay our HOA dues until
A) our current HOA begins it's paid-for duties of maintaining our community pool, it's surrounding areas, and all other common areas of the community
B) our current HOA is fired and replaced with a management company that agrees to fulfill it's duties as a responsible HOA

It's is pure neglect, failure to provide safe, clean and usable facilities for our families and children, in which we have paid for. We paid this in Ernest of expectations of sanitary family friendly environment for our families and children to play without having to be over cautious of catching disease, foot fungus, bacterial fungus, or attacked by the wasp and fire ants that invade this facility. As a community who pays their dues on time, it is expected that HOA would in turn hold up to their side and provide adequate, safe, clean, sanitary and working and maintained facilities.
This pool is absolutely terrible with how much we pay!!
It's time to get professionals.
