Before any decision is made on the Metrolink Second City Crossing, we call upon Transport for Greater Manchester to carry out a detailed, transparent, technical and cost benefit comparison between their preferred option (the Cross Street route) and two Deansgate routes proposed by Trams4Deansgate.
