On Tuesday December 13 after the borough council meeting was over I was approached by council member Sandra Hinkle and it was said to me and I quote "next time I'll flash my tits for you" she was saying this in reguarding me going live on facebook at the borough council meeting for people who couldn't attend the meeting I made it so that they could watch the meeting and have access to the material and know what was going on regarding the 2017 proposed budget and tax payer dollars. Present council members who heard this where president Vivian Amspacher Vice-President Douglas Moore Sandra Hinkle Kris Kaltrider and his wife. After, Sandra Hinkle said that she went on to say and I quote "if that goes on YouTube or Facebook I will take your leg off and beat you with it" she is saying this regarding to my disability and having my prosthetic leg. I'm asking the public to back me and support my efforts and having council ask Sandra Hinkle to immediately resign from council for her threats towards me. My efforts where to help the public and make sure that they know and can have assess to the 2017 proposed budget meeting as some residents where at work and couldn't attend such a important meeting. As a council member it is and shall be that they serve us the tax payers and the public and be held to high standard as any public office should be. So I am asking the residents of North York Borough and North York Borough council to support me. I am also asked my the current council members to support me in doing what's right for the public and for North York Borough.

Being an above knee amputee, I feel for this man. I as well am finding myself constantly discriminated upon especially when it comes to employment. There is no place for this type of behavior.
Sandra Hinkle should be ashamed of herself and her council members should be as well for not demanding she apologize and step down. I would like to see her issue a public apology and be forced out for her immature, rude and completely intolerable behiavor. We as citizens have a right to record what OUR civil servents do and say.
I think she should graciously step down from her post, publicly apologize for her words, and find another way to support the community where her words and actions are not representing the community at large. And for those who support her, consider the fact that her words reflect on you, your children, your community. I see post after post of people complaining about nonsense in the community but if this is how we are being represented, we will become the laughing stock of York County.
She is not professional by making any of these statements or threating anyone let alone a disabled person. She gets paid to sit in those meetings so she needs to be removed as the tax payers are paying her even if it isn't much money, she is still receiving something.
Very unprofessional and very rude. My fiancé shouldn't be threatened for trying to help those who couldn't attend. If you don't want your meetings recorded you should type up a contract for everyone to sign. This borough council makes me sick which is why I don't attend the meetings with my fiancé, but now that he's being threatened I certainly will and if this goes any further we will seek legal action.
Sandra is a horribLe person. Horrible to her kids, her grandkids, and her community. At first I truly felt sorry for this zilch and thought more attempts should be made to reach out to her and help. But after knowing her for years and years and years.. She will never change. Truly a wretched and shameful person. Some of the things she has done to FAMILY.... This does not surprise me at all
