Dear Councilwoman Raven Horan,
On behalf of my family and as residents of the Borough of Ridley Park, this petition delivers a resolute demand for your immediate resignation from the Council. Your recent actions—most notably the abrupt convening of the Special Meeting on January 13, 2026, and your blatant disregard for the public’s clear request to retain both our Borough Manager (Hollabaugh) and Borough Engineer (Catania)—constitute a grave violation of public trust and a flagrant breach of your sworn oath to serve the people of Ridley Park.
The residents of our Borough expect and deserve leaders who embody integrity, uphold the highest ethical standards, and place the community’s interests above all else. Your conduct has demonstrated an inability to meet these fundamental responsibilities, creating a profound obstacle to honest and effective governance.
Accordingly, we insist that you submit your resignation no later than January 20th. Only through your prompt departure can we begin to restore the integrity and confidence that the Borough of Ridley Park demands from its elected officials.

Both current president and VP are both over their heads in this position to the point Raven was emotional because she admited they lacked communication to the senior council. Need someone with experience to take the place.
Thank you Brian, this is the danger of pulling straight R or straight D and not educating oneself before an election.
Grew up here and see how she has already made decisions based off her own pretentious self fulfillment. This is never how Ridley Park was ran and mayor Hank would’ve been ashamed of her.
Your lack of knowledge for this position and lack of listening to the people of Ridley park was shown and absolutely horrible.
I know Charles Catania & he is a honest businessman who has helped Ridley Park & needs to be reinstated as Borough Engineer,

Ridley park used to be a place where we actually had leadership that cared about the town not just personal agendas. Raven needs to go before any more damage is done to our roads and budget.
