We, the community of Bushnell Illinois, are requesting the resignation of Tina Crawford from the Bushnell Pool Board for the following reasons:
1. Unprofessional behavior towards members of the community.
2. Abuse of power of her position on the board.
3. Embarrassment to the community with her actions and words the past year
4. Using the Pool's Facebook page for personal reasons
5. Improper treatment of kids while using the swimming pool.
6. Slander and intimidation of people interested in volunteering
7. Blocking people from communicating on a public forum.
These are just a few of the many reasons we as a town feel that Tina is no longer capable of helping run a successful town swimming pool and why she needs to step down. Thank you.

Reaching this level of support has been exhausting but necessary. Seeing so many neighbors agree that the current board leadership is failing gives me the strength to keep pushing forward despite the pushback.

The treatment of the children and not keeping their word on repairs to the baby pool. This is a major problem for all of us who wish to utilize the pool with toddlers and babies.
Used to go to the pool everyday up until last summer because of Tina. Smart ladies running this petition! Hope the community/board does something about this & removes her!
I do not know this woman, however I have seen the pool's FB page and think the comments and posts are entirely unacceptable. Attacking others using a public page is low.
She is not about helping the community. She is bad mouthing people who are trying to help. She has make verbal threats towards myself and others. She is not what the community needs especially children.
Treating people unfairly and blocking people on facebook and this is a public pool this should not be allowed she needs to be removed form the board
Not a nice woman, that's for sure!!! She has verbally abused me, many of times. She has also done the same to my friends and family. Bushnell Pool definitely needs a change!
These type of community things are suppose to be an enjoyable place or thing to do!! When someone is in charge of a community event or business that involves our children and there families around the area then indeed there needs to be someone in charge that enjoys working with the community!! From what I have seen go on out there and heard others talk about situations that have been occurring in the community from all this, the situation needs to be changed. She is not good for the best interest in the community and defenitly not out there for our kids that attend. You as a community have got to see this is what's best for the future of the ones we raise and try teach to bring up as good citizens when they reach the,adult hood, so they can set examples for the younger generation!! If you as a community allow this to continue it will only set bad examples to our younger generation!! DO THE RIGHT THING AND MAKE A CHANGE!!!

As a life long community member, volunteer, and elected official, I am very unpleased with how other pool board members are treated, How volunteers are treated, How decision are made without board consensus and the image that is being portrayed to the community by this person. The board was formed for a reason.
