We need your help in the effort to make our patio permanent.

As a patron of Stanley’s Tavern, I support any efforts that ensure the outdoor dining area be allowed to continue permanently. I have enjoyed the opportunity to continue patronizing Stanley’s safely during the pandemic and that it will be a continued benefit moving forward for those who prefer outside dining.

I have been busy delivering printed copies of these signatures to the local planning office. It is honestly overwhelming to see how many people care about this place, and I am just the person holding the door open for your collective momentum.

Love it Makes so much sense Not going to impact the community with noise as backs to Foulk Road If it was ok during Covid then should be allowed during normal times. Allow businesses to fully explore all option to bring the clients back
Every business that has proven through these trivial times, that it can overcome and succeed should NOT be reprimanded after all of this effort and tenacity due to outdated rules that must be revised and adjusted. The more money local businesses make, the more they provide to the local economy, workforce, and state.
We have only eaten outdoors at Stanley’s since they created that patio dining and are not yet comfortable with eating indoors at restaurants. If the patio were made permanent it would remain our first choice even after Covid concerns dissipate.
Please continue to allow outside dining permanently at Stanley's. Maybe you could build a deck with canapy or sails or something and make it a more permanent structure that way it would fit into the look and feel of the establishment.
The outdoor dining area was the main reason I continued to go to Stanley's. What a nice improvement to the restaurant. Delaware needs to have more restaurants with outdoor dining!
Keep the patio open! It is still an important option for people concerned about COVID. It is just nice as well!

My daughter and I love being able to go and enjoy dinner at Stanley and being outside. With Covid-19 in the area and having underlying health conditions, being able to enjoy a nice meal outside is important.
