Highpoint American Bistro We the undersigned, friends, neighbors, and customers, support this application for permission to make alterations to add a seasonal rear dining patio. We are told the restaurant will comply with community board 4 regarding use of the patio, will close the patio at 10:00pm Sunday to Thursday and 11:00pm Friday and Saturday, and arrange lighting so as not to disturb the neighbors. Highpoint is a gem in this neighborhood. Let them use the back space already! 10pm isnt even that late.

Love this place and a patio would be perfect for the summer. They are always respectful so I dont see what the problem is.
