RMCC is beginning another search for a Head Pro, when many of the membership feel the answer is right in front of us.
From a long time RMCC member; "What I see as a current excellent option for the new Head Golf Pro is Mallory Carr. She provides many of the attributes seen in Zack Miller, in addition to promoting diversity which the golf industry is years behind most industries, provides RMCC the opportunity to “invest” in the individual to help make them successful. Mallory is a constant at the club; always friendly and engaging; is active with the membership; appears respectful of all individuals regardless if a member, guest, staff or more senior RMCC employee; has expressed sincere interest in the Head Golf Pro position; will help expand the female golf program and membership; and will represent a Head Pro that came up through the RMCC process similar to many of our most successful RMCC and Kemper Sports employees.
Most successful companies embrace the concept of investing behind existing employees to be successful in lieu of bringing in new senior individuals above them. This creates loyalty, long term relationships, reduces attrition, ability to mentor the individual to embrace core values, is not above “coaching” and being provided directions as they learn to develop their own style; etc."

I was just out at the course earlier and kept thinking about how much sense this makes for everyone involved. Some of the board members have been avoiding eye contact lately but that just makes me want to push harder because Mallory is clearly the right person for this role and she is right there.

I was just checking the list again and my jaw actually dropped because the support is just pouring in so fast I can barely keep up with it. It feels like the club is starting to realize just how many of us see exactly what I see in Mallory and honestly it is just so cool to watch this pick up so much steam.

After 7 years of being a member and watching as the mark continued to be missed after Zach Millers departure, Mallory is the clear choice. Always happy to speak more about the incredible interactions, lessons, and golf structure Mallory provided this year!
For sure Mallory should be our next Head Pro. After having ,5 head pro's over the last 6 years, we can not afford to have Mallory leave us. Se should be offered the position immediately and not next year.
I couldn't be happier with Mallory Carr. She ran the Jr Golf program with detail and thoughtfulness. Let's keep her!
Mallory is the most organized person I have ever seen working in the Pro Shop. She manages events flawlessly, assisted the Ladies League in automating much of their administration, plays an incredible game of golf and is an excellent teacher. I am in full support.
Heartily endorse Mallory for Head Pro. She worked well with me this summer as coordinator of our Weekend Morning group (over 20 members). And worked quickly to replace my Driver that was stolen from the Barn.
Mallory’s passion and love for the game and the people/colleagues never goes unnoticed! She would be an amazing candidate for the position.
I fully endorse Mallory for the position of Head Pro at RMCC. She has already demonstrated the capability and passion that the position needs, and has been needed for years. I believe her appointment will benefit the club and its members greatly and bring consistency to our golf programs.

Mallory Carr is such a breath of fresh air! She is patient, responds quickly to questions and always says "Hello". I find her to be encouraging, and I don't feel pressue golfing in the league. "Just have fun"!
