I fully endorse Mallory for the position of Head Pro at RMCC. She has already demonstrated the capability and passion that the position needs, and has been needed for years. I believe her appointment will benefit the club and its members greatly and bring consistency to our golf programs.

Mallory Carr is such a breath of fresh air! She is patient, responds quickly to questions and always says "Hello". I find her to be encouraging, and I don't feel pressue golfing in the league. "Just have fun"!

Mallory's performance this year has been consistently outstanding, despite often being put in difficult situations by her immediate supervisor. I have no doubt that if she were head pro that communications to the golf membership would be clearer and more timely, events would be more effectively run, and the membership would be significantly happier. In our club, it is often difficult to get consensus on any topic. The overwhelming member response to this petition is unprecedented in my 31 years at RMCC and should make Kemper's decision an easy one - reward Mallory's performance with the head pro position.

After 7 years of being a member and watching as the mark continued to be missed after Zach Millers departure, Mallory is the clear choice. Always happy to speak more about the incredible interactions, lessons, and golf structure Mallory provided this year!

For sure Mallory should be our next Head Pro. After having ,5 head pro's over the last 6 years, we can not afford to have Mallory leave us. Se should be offered the position immediately and not next year.

Mallory has been the best addition in the pro shop in a very long time.
Mallory has proven she is capable of being the head pro and she deserves the job. She works hard and always makes sure everything is running smoothly.
We all love Mallory so there is no point in looking elsewhere for a new head pro. She’s ready for the position.
We will all be extremely disappointed if Kemper management does not listen to RM golf members by continuing its search for a new head pro while there is a perfect person for the job already here - Mallory Carr!
