Enough is enough of poor property management for our Mesa Verde Community. Walsh property management has clearly put their profits first at the risk of community safety. Moreover, the lack of clear communication, continual maintenance issues with units, poor customer service, ability to provide effective security and gate access, and lack of covid-19 empathy to prorate costs with amenities out of service are just a few examples of their negligence.
It is clear that we as a community need to go in a new direction with new Property management and HOA board that will reassess the true value of what our dues should be in maintaining this property.
It's time as owners and members of the community to come together with this petition at our next renewal to give notice to Walsh that we will replace them as our community property management.

I have spent the last week gathering documentation of maintenance failures to include in a formal notice of non-compliance. My next step is to meet with the HOA board members to demand a review of the current management contract. I will provide a summary of their response after our discussion.

The scale of the response confirms that our dissatisfaction with Walsh Property Management is widespread among residents. I am currently organizing the collected feedback to present a formal notice of non-renewal to the HOA board. Please keep an eye on your inbox for instructions regarding our next community meeting.

Jeff Boyd and his management team are permitting CRS to abuse the privilege's of construction by not finishing construction projects
Time to come together to get something done in the future. The property is in bad shape and not doing anything to fix it.
Effective property management is needed for controlling the escalating HOA fees
We should at least go out to bid to see what other companies are offering.
We need an audit as well.
OUR HOA HAS TO DO BETTER, BE MORE COST EFFECTIVE AND INVEST IN ENERGY SAVING.
I believe it's time for change.

They allow companies to operate out of the condos. I have a surveillance team that stays above me and they have been doing this for 2 years now. I am sure there are others within this complex that is experiencing the same harrassment.
