As residents of Bell Pointe Apartments, we believe our community has the potential to be a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live. However, many tenants have growing concerns regarding the current management practices and the overall condition of the property.

Residents are paying premium rental rates with the expectation of receiving a well-maintained community and responsive management. Unfortunately, the current condition of the property does not consistently reflect the level of rent being charged.

This petition calls for meaningful improvements, including:

  • More proactive and responsive property management.
  • Consistent maintenance of the grounds and common areas.
  • Improved trash collection and waste management to eliminate overflowing dumpsters and litter throughout the property.
  • Greater attention to landscaping, exterior maintenance, and the overall appearance of the community.
  • Timely communication with residents regarding maintenance requests and community concerns.
  • Increased accountability in maintaining the quality of life that tenants were promised when choosing Bell Pointe as their home.

We are not seeking conflict—we are seeking positive change. As paying residents, we deserve a community that is clean, well-maintained, professionally managed, and reflective of the premium rent we pay each month.

By signing this petition, we respectfully ask Bell Pointe management and ownership to acknowledge these concerns and commit to implementing meaningful improvements that will benefit all current and future residents.
