What are we paying Hoa dues for? The common landscape areas are usually full of trash too. Pardee get your act together.

It’s only a matter of time before our neighborhood gets overrun and begins to look like the trash that is living under the bridge on Highland Springs. Dirty needles, dirty pools and hot tubs, and rowdy idiot teens and kids with trashy parents raising them are only a few of the complaints. The greedy, uninformed, and just down right ignorant people that run the company we write checks to need to be brought down and no longer receive our business. I trust this petition brings justice and some peace to our neighborhood.

This is the second time we have had issues with the pool becoming disgusting and unusable. Pictures have been emailed and comments made at the hoa meeting and even after a pool cleaning company change, the pool is still unusable.

This HOA is ridiculous. I’m over being told what to do with my home and backyard yet they can’t keep the areas they are responsible for clean.

Our common areas are disgustingly filthy ! This topic has been brought to the attention of our HOA many times just to be told they will look into it ! Not one person on the board utilizes our common areas. Two don't live here and the other two have their own pools ! Why would any of them get a vote ?? How does a paid vendor, Jennifer Mitchell of Action Property Management get a vote on our board ? Why would a Pardee rep get a vote ? The two current resident board members are related ! How is this a fair representation of our neighborhood?
