As this community is the size of a City itself, there is ample demand for extended days and hours as well as entertainment, breakfast and Brunch additions.
We ask that the BOD and the Restaurant Management respect the wishes and requests of the residents.
As several nearby restaurants have proven, there is, not only a demand, but also proven popularity and a great opportunity for added revenue for the Management as well as our community.
Residents are seeking a place to meet new friends and socialize with neighbors past the hour of 7:00 or 8:00 pm.
As there are many activities here in our community, a place to gather afterwards is in great demand. There are many residents that continually to work, as well as those who don’t dine early and want a place to enjoy a later evening or a morning “meet-up” location.
As Sun City continues to grow and expand the need and demand will only increase.

I have been hearing from so many of you about how frustrating it is to have nowhere to gather in our own neighborhood once the sun goes down. My team is currently compiling these stories to present directly to management because they need to see that we want a real community hub instead of empty tables.

Seeing this level of support confirms that I am not the only one feeling isolated when our restaurants close so early. It feels incredible to know my neighbors want these simple changes for our community life just as much as I do.

Community should do something about our restaurants. Why are so many residents going off campus? This question should be addressed
Later restaurant hours esp on evenings there are shows/events in Sun City, more entertainment . AM coffee shop !!!!!
we are entitled to better dining experiences and expanded hours of service. If costs go up, so be it.
The community demographics have changed since the restaurant contract was signed many years ago. It’s time to respond and react to the needs of all the residents.
Also, please bring in some healthier options. Plant-Based, gluten free. Thanks!

Not only breakfast but a coffee shop for those of us who would like to grab a cup of coffee and a Danish etc.
